Who actually builds your automations

Intelligent Automations is a small AI automation studio in Markham, Ontario, run by Luxman Satchi. It is a registered Ontario corporation (number 1001514193). The person you talk to on the review call is the person who builds the work — there are no account managers and no handoffs.

Luxman Satchi

Founder & AI Automation Specialist

I build AI automation for local businesses — the kind of thing that stops a missed call turning into a lost customer, or takes three hours of weekly admin off an owner who should be doing something else.

I started this because the same problems kept showing up in every local business I looked at, and none of them were hard to fix. A restaurant losing takeout orders because nobody could reach the phone during a rush. A coach whose website looked nothing like the standard of their actual work. A community organisation with its information scattered across six systems. None of that needs enterprise software. It needs someone to sit down, work out where the time is going, and build the specific thing that fixes it.

I’m based in Markham and most of my clients are within an hour of it. That matters more than it sounds — I know what trading looks like on Markham Road, what a Woodbridge contractor’s week is actually like, and why a Richmond Hill clinic cares more about no-shows than about lead generation.

How we work

What working together looks like

  1. Free automation review, 30 minutes

We go through where your time goes and where enquiries are leaking. You leave with three specific things you could automate, whether or not you hire me.

  2. A written plan with a fixed price

Scope, timeline, cost, and what it should change. Agreed before any work starts. No hourly billing and no invoice you didn't expect.

  3. Build and test, usually 2–4 weeks

Week 1 is discovery and planning, weeks 2–3 are build and testing against your real cases, week 4 is launch and training.

  4. Handover — in your accounts

Everything runs in accounts you own and control. You get documentation for what was built and how to change it.

Being straight with you

What we don’t do

Knowing what a supplier turns down tells you more than a list of services. Here’s ours.

  • We're a small studio, not an agency. If you need a team of ten on site next week, that isn't us.
  • We don't take on large transactional builds — complex e-commerce, membership platforms, or custom applications.
  • We don't guarantee search rankings. Nobody can, and anyone who does is either guessing or planning to blame Google later.
  • We don't buy reviews, write them, or filter unhappy customers out of the ask. All three break Google's policies and risk your profile.
  • We won't build dozens of near-identical city pages or other tactics designed to game a ranking rather than earn one.
  • If the free review shows automation isn't your bottleneck yet, we'll say so rather than sell you something.

Data & security

How we handle your data

Automations run inside accounts you own, using scoped credentials rather than shared passwords, so access can be revoked without breaking anything you depend on. Every data flow is documented, so you know exactly what moves where and why.

We keep sensitive information out of services that don’t need it. If you operate under PHIPA or a comparable obligation, say so at the review and we design the build around it rather than retrofitting later.

The full detail is in our privacy policy.
