Case studies

Three real projects, with the problem, what we built, and what actually changed. You’ll notice there are no percentages on this page. That’s deliberate: we haven’t instrumented before-and-after numbers for these clients, and inventing them would be worth less than being able to say that.

Tasty Shawarma

Halal restaurant · Markham Road, Markham

The problem
An outdated website wasn't bringing in new customers, and the daily offers that actually drive repeat visits were impossible to find online.
How it worked before
Menu and promotions lived on social posts that scrolled away within a day. Customers searching for the restaurant found little beyond a listing, and the site did nothing to convert people who were already looking for somewhere to eat nearby.
What we built
A modern, mobile-first website with the full menu, Uber Eats ordering integration, location and hours, and a promotions page the owner can update without calling anyone.
What changed
  • — Menu, hours and location findable in seconds on a phone
  • — Online ordering reachable directly from the site
  • — Promotions the owner can change themselves
What we measured
We haven't instrumented before-and-after order volume for this client, so we're not going to claim a lift figure. What changed concretely is that the menu, ordering and promotions are now findable on a phone in seconds, which they weren't before.
“Our new website finally shows off how great our food is — and customers are finding us online now.”
— Owner, Tasty Shawarma

Lifestyle Athletics

Fitness & coaching · Olympic athlete Roxroy Cato

The problem
An Olympic athlete building a coaching business needed an online presence that matched the standard of the coaching, and a way for prospective clients to book without a back-and-forth.
How it worked before
Enquiries arrived through direct messages and were handled manually, one conversation at a time. There was no single place that explained the programs or let someone book and pay.
What we built
A conversion-focused website with program showcases, testimonials, an easy booking flow, and Stripe payment links for individual programs. Email delivery through Resend, with Supabase behind the forms.
What changed
  • — Professional brand presence that matches the coaching
  • — Self-serve booking and payment for programs
  • — Client onboarding no longer handled one message at a time
What we measured
The client reports new clients coming through the site weekly; we haven't independently instrumented that, so we're quoting them rather than presenting it as our own measurement.
“The website captures exactly what my brand is about and brings in new clients every week.”
— Olympic athlete Roxroy Cato, Lifestyle Athletics

BHSS Hornet Hub

Community & member portal

The problem
Everything the community needed was scattered across multiple systems, so the same handful of questions came back every day — where do I book this, when does it start, which link do I use.
How it worked before
Bookings in one system, schedules in another, news somewhere else, and several third-party tools with their own links. Staff spent real time answering questions the systems could have answered.
What we built
One self-serve hub consolidating bookings, schedules, news, events, and the third-party tools people use daily, so answers get found instead of asked.
What changed
  • — One link replaces a stack of systems
  • — Repetitive questions answered before they're asked
  • — Clean, mobile-first experience
What we measured
Reduction in repeat questions is reported qualitatively by the people running it. We didn't have a baseline ticket count to measure against, so there's no percentage to give.

Transferable to: The same pattern fits associations, clinics, franchises, and multi-location teams — anywhere information is split across systems that don't talk to each other.

What we measure now

How we’ll report the next one

Every new build now ships with tracking in place from day one — form submissions, phone taps, bookings, and which pages produce them — so the next case study on this page will have real before-and-after numbers rather than a description.

If you want to see what that looks like for your business, the free review includes working out what’s worth measuring in the first place.

See what you could automate

Thirty minutes, no obligation. We go through where your time is going and where enquiries are leaking, and you leave with three specific things you could automate — whether or not you work with us.
