Who we are

Intelligent Automations is an Ontario corporation (number 1001514193) based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. You can reach us at info@intelligentautomations.ca or (416) 826-2101.

What we collect, and why

We collect only what we need to answer you and to run the site:

• — Contact form. Your name, email, and anything you choose to tell us — optionally a phone number, business name, business type, and rough call volume. We use it to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for a review call.
• — Booking. Appointments are handled by Calendly, which collects the details you enter under its own privacy policy.
• — Site assistant. Messages you send to the chat widget are processed to generate a reply. Don’t put sensitive personal information into it.
• — Analytics. If analytics is enabled, we record aggregate usage — pages viewed, which buttons get clicked — to understand what the site is doing. We don’t use it to build advertising profiles.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information, we don’t share it with anyone except the service providers listed below who need it to deliver the service, and we don’t add you to a marketing list because you contacted us. Under Canada’s anti-spam legislation that would need your consent, and we’d rather ask.

Service providers we use

Cloudflare (hosting and delivery), Resend (transactional email), Calendly (booking), OpenAI (the site assistant’s replies), and Google Fonts. Each processes data under its own terms. Where a provider stores data outside Canada, that data may be subject to the laws of the country it’s stored in.

Client data in the systems we build

This is separate from the website, and it matters more. When we build automations for a client:

• — Everything runs inside accounts the client owns and controls. We don’t hold your customer data in accounts you can’t reach.
• — We use scoped credentials rather than shared passwords, so access can be revoked without breaking what you depend on.
• — Every data flow is documented, so you know what moves where.
• — We keep sensitive data out of services that don’t need it. If you operate under PHIPA or a comparable obligation, tell us at the outset and we design the build around it.
• — When an engagement ends, access is handed over or revoked at your direction.

How long we keep things

Enquiries are kept as long as we may reasonably need them to follow up, and deleted on request. Ask and we’ll delete them.

Your rights

Under PIPEDA you can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, and ask us to delete it. Email info@intelligentautomations.ca and we’ll respond within 30 days.

If this policy changes we’ll update the date at the top. See also our terms of service.
