Who these terms are with

Intelligent Automations, an Ontario corporation (number 1001514193) based in Markham, Ontario, Canada. These terms cover use of this website and our websites, automation builds and ongoing support services.

Quotes and payment

Every project is quoted at a fixed price before work starts. We don’t bill hourly and we don’t invoice outside an agreed scope. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. Monthly packages are month-to-month and can be cancelled at any time; there is no long-term contract.

What you own

You own the websites, chatbots, automations and workflows we build for you, along with the domains and accounts they run in. If an engagement ends, nothing is switched off and nothing is withheld. We retain the right to describe the work publicly — for example as a case study — unless you ask us not to.

Third-party services

Builds depend on services we don’t control — phone providers, calendars, CRMs, AI model providers, automation platforms. Their pricing, availability and terms are theirs, and changes on their side can affect a build. Where we know of a dependency that looks fragile, we’ll say so before you commit.

What we don’t promise

We don’t guarantee search rankings, lead volumes, revenue, or any specific business outcome. Anyone who does is guessing. We deliver the agreed scope to a professional standard, and we’ll tell you honestly when we think something won’t work.

AI systems make mistakes. Automations that use AI are configured with guardrails and escalation paths, but they are not infallible, and anything commercially or legally consequential should have a human in the loop. We design for that and recommend you keep it.

Your responsibilities

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the information you give us to build from — prices, policies, hours, service details — and for making sure your use of what we build complies with the laws that apply to your business, including anti-spam and privacy rules. We’ll flag the ones we know about.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid for that project.
